Do you own a (second) house in the north of the Marche region, and do you need someone that could manage your property for you? We can take care of the following things:
  • while you are away we can keep an eye on your property
  • do some maintenance and little reparations or control the reparations done by others
  • take care of the garden
  • take care of the swimming pool
  • keep in touch with local people such as the ‘Geometra’
  • if you are renovating your property, we can report about the progress to you.
  • translate e-mails
  • rent your property while you are not there
  • clean the house before your arrival
