Route

 

By car:

. Arriving from Milan.

Follow the A1 until Bologna; here you take the A14 to Ancona. Exit at Marotta-Mondolfo. Then follow pergola. After 25 km while you pass through the village of San Lorenzo turn left to Arcevia. This road leads you (as you would not expect!) to Sassoferato. Continue on this road for another 2 km until you pass Madonna del Piano. Then you turn left to Arcevia, immediately after you pass a little bridge (even before the first house) turn left again another 400 meters and you arrive at destination.

2. Arriving from the Brenner.

Follow the A22 until Modena, and take then the A1 to Bologna. Then follow the way as described above.

3. From Umbrie.

Past Fossato di Vico, before Fabriano left to Sassoferrato, continue to Pergola, at the traffic-lights turn right, half a km again right to Arcevia. 6 km (up and down) at crossing straight on, cross bridge and turn left on dirt road.

4. From the South.

Easiest is taking Adriatic highway to Marotta-Mondolfo. Then look at description from Milan

From Arcevia: Head for Pergola, some miles past Caudino before bridge last dirt road to the right.

Flying:

Ryanair is a cheap way, have a look on their site.
Ancona (Falconara) is a 45 minutes drive.
